Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan):

  • Standard Courier: 5–7 business days

  • Express Courier: 3–5 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

  • Customs clearance and local delivery times may vary.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or courier network issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on our offers or your location and selected courier service.

  • Free shipping may apply for orders above a minimum purchase amount, as specified on our website.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized items.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • MahZan is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, report it to us within 2 business days of delivery with photos.

  • For lost packages, our team will assist in filing claims with the courier and reshipping your order if applicable.

  • Please retain original packaging and items until the issue is resolved.


7. International Shipping Notes

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or local postal services.
