1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on full-priced items within 5 days of delivery. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags must be intact, and the original packaging must be included.

Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not valid reasons for exchange.

Accessories, extra fabric, styling details, or embellishments used in photoshoots will only be included if explicitly mentioned in the product description.
Exchange Process:

Notify our customer service team via WhatsApp within 5 working days of delivery. Include your order number and tracking details.

Ship the item using an approved courier service and share the tracking number within 2 working days of dispatch.

Once the item is received and inspected, your requested exchange will be processed.

Price differences and courier charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless it is a defective or wrong item.

2. Return Policy
We follow a strict no-cash-refund policy. Returns are only accepted for:

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Pre-soaking is recommended to prevent shrinkage.
