Refund policy

At MahZan, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations, and we’ve designed a transparent and hassle-free policy to make shopping with us worry-free.


1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on full-priced items within 5 days of delivery. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags must be intact, and the original packaging must be included.

  • Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not valid reasons for exchange.

  • Accessories, extra fabric, styling details, or embellishments used in photoshoots will only be included if explicitly mentioned in the product description.

Exchange Process:

  1. Notify our customer service team via WhatsApp within 5 working days of delivery. Include your order number and tracking details.

  2. Ship the item using an approved courier service and share the tracking number within 2 working days of dispatch.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your requested exchange will be processed.

  4. Price differences and courier charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless it is a defective or wrong item.

2. Return Policy

We follow a strict no-cash-refund policy. Returns are only accepted for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong size or wrong product received

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery with proof of the issue include photos and order details.

  2. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above.

  3. Once verified, you may choose:

    • Replacement: The same item or an alternative in stock.

    • Store Credit: Usable online for future purchases.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping charges for non-defective items are not covered.

  • Partial refunds are processed only if part of your order is out of stock.

  • For international orders, exchanges and returns are limited to defective/damaged items only.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Report within 2 working days of delivery.

  • Include photos and order details.

  • We will arrange a free pickup or replacement at no extra cost.


4. Special Instructions for Unstitched Fabrics

  • Pre-soaking is recommended to prevent shrinkage.

  • Strictly follow washing instructions to maintain product quality.
